COVID-19: In the event that you may sick are exposed to someone who is sick, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and STAY HOME! During this unprecedented time, ALL RESCHEDULING FEES WILL BE WAIVED. Last minute cancellations are encouraged to call (202) 683-0788 and leave a detailed voice message.
Appointment Deposits:
A %30 Non-Refundable deposit is due upon booking to secure your appointment. An invoice will be created and must be paid immediately to secure your spot. The deposit is to ensure that you are serious about appointment and keep in mind that the procedure takes anywhere from 2-3 hours and that time is marked off and scheduled just for you. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure and the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day.

Lateness:
Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited. An additional deposit of $50 will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel for any reason, please allow 48-hour notice when rescheduling your appointment. Please note deposits are Non-Refundable if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48-hours’ notice, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule another appointment if less than 48-hours’ notice.

Existing Brow Tattoos:
We are very selective when working over existing autos and other tattoo artists' work. If you had your brows previously microbladed or tattooed, or any other previous procedures done please email a clear recent picture to info@elavinebeauty.com for approval. Touch Ups:
Your first touch or perfecting session after your initial treatment is free. This cannot be scheduled sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your initial session. The perfecting session is critical for best results. Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for individuals with oily and problematic skin.

* Please Note: Touch Up for eyebrows that were initially done with someone else is still considered a new client and will pay the “New Client Rate”*.

This is considered a corrective work and not a touch-up because we do not know what pigment was used from your previous artist, and it is more difficult to correct the symmetry of your brows due to the fact that we have to respect what’s already there.

Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results.

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is important! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
